Notes
Aure Immanuel Church opened in 1900. Volunteers built the church in two years and soon outgrew it. The building burned in 1935. A larger structure was built in 1937-1947, but after the congregation merged in 1969 with Buzzle, Pinewood, and Debs, the building was sold and moved. An entrance sign was put up in memory of Stanley Haugen 1996.

The Blackduck cemetery in 1900 was located southeast of town on a hill near where the Melvin Austreng farm was located in the 1970s. It was speculated that the cemetery was placed there because it was and is the highest land near the village.

About four miles north of Pinewood in the area of the Buzzle school -- described as "near the Old Tote Road"
Notes
Osterdalen Congregation was organized in July 1900. From 1900 -1903, families used a cemetery plot in the west end of Section 3, on a hill close to the tote road. Ole Bakken and about twenty others were buried there. The Immanuel Church and the Osterdalen church sites were chosen about 1903. Except for Nels Koppang, who was buried there in 1918 in the family plot, the original site (in Section 3) was not used after the two new sites were selected.

4 miles south of Solway on Hwy 5 (or Centerline Rd). West side of the highway.
Notes
Cemetery did not officially exist until August 1921, but all deaths that occurred in the township were registered as early as 1901. Amanda Ruskjer was only five years old when she drowned while trying to herd cattle out of a swamp on the Ruskjer farm. Her body was transferred to the Jones Township after it was established.
